Welcome to Interpersonnel (HR) Ltd.

WITH THE CURRENT SITUATION IN RELATION TO COVID-19, INTERPERSONNEL IS FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE ON SOCIAL DISTANCING WHERE FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS ARE TAKING PLACE. OFFICE HOURS REMAIN 9.30AM TO 5PM AND WE ARE HERE TO DEAL WITH ANY HR QUERIES BE THEY COVID-19 RELATED OR OTHER ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE. 

MEETINGS, SOME TRAINING, POP-UP POWERHOURS (TM), AND COACHING SESSIONS MAY BE DELIVERED VIRTUALLY, FOR BY ZOOM.

All work is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. Pop-Up Powerhours (TM) are still a great option for quick, high volume training: these short, sharp workshops are a great way to update people quickly and are fun and interactive. Tailored to the client's needs, topics can be those of the client. We are are always looking at different ways to give a great service to clients through our expanding portfolio of products. These can be run virtually.

 Already 2020 is proving interesting with different client projects including:

  • Covid-19 enquiries
  • strategic workforce planning
  • dealing with disciplinary issues
  • dealing with long-term sickness and
  • development programmes for clients.
This year. we have been asked to submit a piece for 'The Parliamentary Review', a prestigious publication that helps raise standards by showcasing best practice in particular areas. This will be published in the autumn.

We have a wealth of experience and as well as working in the UK, have recently carried out work in France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, and Malta.
